  17. The management of NGo forum internship should be more tolerant enough when it comes to issues of age limit set (18-27). This country’s educational system has been distorted by numerous wars preventing thousands of South Sudanese from attaining higher education as early in order to fit the age bracket. However, I suggests it should be revised to fit the local environment as long as one has gotten a higher education within the last one year regardless of his/her age but if insisted I called is being biased to some group.
