- National Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering
- Intermediate-level computer literacy is essential
- Proficiency in work study principles and work measurement tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Dynamic and proactive behavior
- Achieved a minimum of 70% overall on your academic results
- Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before
