Position: HR Graduate Trainee/Intern (YES Programme) Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Forvia) Department: Human Resources Contract: 12-month contract as part of our Graduate Program

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in HR Management
• Proficiency in computer literacy at an intermediate level
• Solid grasp of Work Study principles and Work Measurement tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Proactive, dynamic, and structured approach
• Minimum 70% overall achievement in academic results
• Not previously registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program
