Each year, early-career professionals from the diversity sector apply for their internship opportunities. After submitting a CV and cover letter, candidates are invited to an interview at one of our student rooms. But this is not all – we also invite people from various departments within NEDLAC to attend interviews with the diversity interns, as well as some other staff members from the institution.
